After the tooth removal, the buccal plate dehiscence was noted and sharp dissection was performed supraperiosteally (leaving periosteum intact) then membrane was tucked beyond the defect. Firm compression of graft was performed and in this case I did not feel it necessary to use biologic modifiers such as PRP or PRGF.
